Mainland, remote tenure and multi-site programmes quoted on a mobilisation basis. Larger programmes frequently justify the travel where a single site would not.
Three control zones, all routine
Victoria, Nanaimo and Comox all operate control zones covering commercially active ground, and Victoria and Nanaimo harbours operate float plane traffic. Flight in any of it requires Transport Canada Advanced Operations certification plus a NAV CANADA authorisation.
We hold the certification and obtain the authorisation as part of the job. An operator with only Basic certification either cannot fly that ground or is flying it without the clearance they need — and once something goes wrong, that becomes the site owner's exposure rather than the operator's.
Survey deliverables are provided for information and planning purposes and are not a legal survey. Boundary, legal plan and statutory right-of-way work requires a British Columbia Land Surveyor.
